Transaction descriptions will vary slightly. Check Images for transactions occurring prior to the conversion will not be available in online banking. Check images remain available through the estatement site or by requesting a copy.
Please print or save any transaction history you want to retain.
Electronic statements will still be available through Online Banking.
Yes, the Credit Union will have access to former account history and statements.
Your account number will remain the same. Your Prime Share Account suffix will change from 00 to 01. If you have an Investment Plus Checking Account, the new suffix will be 82. If you have a Non-Personal Checking Account, the new suffix will be 83.
IRA Account suffixes will be as follows:
IRA Share Account - 51 or 52
Roth Conversion Share Account - 53
Roth IRA Share Account - 54
Education IRA Share Account - 55
Inherited IRA Share Account - 56
At your first log in after conversion, you will be prompted to select a new PIN. Please listen carefully as the menu options will be different.
Some account descriptions may change. We will provide detailed information when available.
When visiting a branch in person, you will be asked to provide your driver's license for scanning into our new system which can be completed at the teller window or member services. You may also be asked to have your photo captured.
